This position will play a key role in managing daily accounting operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), account reconciliations, journal entries, vendor communications, and invoicing. The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of relevant experience and a solid understanding of GAAP and accounting principles.

Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Payable:
    • Process vendor invoices accurately and timely
    • Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices
    • Ensure proper coding and approval of expenses
